Yunnan is where the first wild tea trees of China flourished and is also where Fung studied and received training. Curious customers are bound to receive helpful tips and advice on topics like brewing methods, appropriate serving vessels, and ideal flavor components in order to bring out the finest characteristics in his products. Estimated Time of Arrival	We will ship ordered items within the 5 business day of purchase order.
Shipping Fee	Customer is responsible for ALL shipping charges. We charge a standard shipping fee $15 on spending less than $100. Free shipping on spending $100 or more.
Shipping Method	All items will ship via USPS to United States addresses only (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). For international orders, please contact us for more details.
Payment	We only accept paypal as the payment method.
Cancellation	No cancellation will be permitted once an item has shipped.
Returns	No returns on tea; If there is a defect in the other items, Serenity Art inc. must be notified within one(1) week following the receipt of the item. We will then assist you with the return.
Refund	ALL refunds are subject to a 10% handling / processing fee.
